We use seasonal mangoes that vary in taste, yet will offer the same bright and warm feeling you get from a fruit that is a tangible representation of summer itself. We never freeze our mangoes, so expect that every serving of our Thai Mango Sticky Rice will be as authentic as it can be.
Offering a delightfully creamy texture to the entire mouthfeel is the fresh coconut milk we use. And adding a touch of color, and a hint of flavor to the world-famous dessert are natural Pandan leaves.

We added tea to boost the flavors of our Thai Mango Sticky Rice. But we don’t just get the ones that come in tea bags, we use the finest quality tea leaves that we source from partners we have worked with for the past years.

The matcha powder we use in our drink or dessert comes from the beautiful Kagoshima prefecture, delivering a pleasant, sweet mellow taste.
